To fill a prescription please fill out the following information and send. The doctor will review your request and either have the script filled or a technician will call if there are any problems with the request.
Please understand that some medications require regular blood tests to be sure the medication is working or that it is causing no harm to your pet. Your pet’s health is most important. Heartworm medication will be dispensed with a negative heartworm test which needs to be done yearly. If your pet has been off heartworm preventative you may need to have them retested.
No medications will be dispensed to a pet that has not been seen within the year. This is for the wellbeing of your pet.
